Founded in 1998, Direct EDJE provides Internet based fulfillment software (Direct Response™). Direct EDJE is built on a heritage of fulfillment industry knowledge of over twenty years from its parent company Direct Resources, and the expertise of its people.
Why We Started
Direct EDJE was formed to address the need within the fulfillment industry for next-generation internet delivered software. Existing products were cumbersome, expensive, and unable to meet the needs of evolving businesses. Direct EDJE is committed to building software that not only meets industry standards, but more importantly exceeds the expectations of our clients today and in the future. Our flagship product Direct Response™ requires no hardware to purchase or maintain, no software to install or update, and doesn't require you to keep an IT staff for support.

What We Do
We provide Internet based fulfillment software that includes both the front end ordering and the back end fulfillment center management systems in one product (Direct Response™). This eliminates the disconnection between the people who manage, and the people who use the inventory. We also develop custom implemented, corporate branded websites for our clients, which tie directly to the back end to order, track, and notify them of activity within their inventory. We put information at our clients' fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, anywhere in the world, without the hassle, expense, or need of installing desktop software.
How We Do It
We use proven and established products such as Microsoft SQL Server and Windows Server 2000/2003, and we follow closely developments and best practices in both the technology and fulfillment industries. Our people are experienced, friendly and knowledgeable. We leverage our experience to provide not just a software solution, but a software solution that works in the real world.
