Audit processes are safety checks, and how and when they are performed is critical to accurate inventory control. Direct Response™ includes many tools that have been developed specifically with the fulfillment center manager in mind.

• Bar-coded pallet markers contain specific item details and can be affixed to each inventory item prior to being placed in storage
• Bar-coded pallet markers ensure the proper location has been selected during the pick/pack process
• Fulfillment centers in Direct Response™ can contain multiple inventories
• Print and manufacturing vendors are identified within Direct Response™ for reference and historical tracking
• Unit of receipt (carton, pallet etc) and wrap style (pkg. of 100) are recorded for each Incoming Receipt
• A Cycle Count Ticket is created daily and identifies the specific inventory items that are due for a physical inventory count
• Clients can define the cycle time for every item in Direct Response™ so that high value items are counted more frequently
• When an inventory item reaches zero, Direct Response™ generates a "Zero Verify" list and restricts the location from further use until the verification process is complete
• Quarantine item(s) when you need to suspend ordering and movement for any reason
• Item Transfer allows items to move between locations within a fulfillment center
• Replenishment allows you to store large quantities of an item in bulk locations, and to replenish a smaller, more convenient location with only the quantity needed to meet ordering demand
