We host our servers with Maximum ASP at their datacenter. This enterprise
level, high performance, fault tolerant, secured environment was
designed to meet the specifications of Maximum ASP and includes the
latest technologies available relevant to data and network security. It
is supported by a highly trained technical staff 24/7/365 and is
recognized as a state-of-the-art, world class Internet Data Center. This
is a mission critical environment and Maximum ASP, through its redundant
systems, guarantees 100% up time. This operation specializes in data
security, risk mitigation and disaster recovery. We have contracted with
the most sophisticated and technologically advanced internet management
and security provider available in the marketplace today to protect your
data.
Physical Security
- Maximum ASP Data Center is divided into 2500 sq. ft. physical access zones. Facility security measures are applied to each zone
- Biometric clearance and pass codes are required at all internal and external security checkpoints
- Internal and external IP based closed circuit TV with fixed point and PTZ (pan,tilt,zoom) night vision cameras and security alarm systems secure all zones and operate on a separate network
- All access points are video recorded and archived for one year
- Security glass in addition to reinforced welded door frames, walls, and ceilings are installed at all entry points
- Steel racks and cabinets are individually keyed and access requires individual security clearance
- Zoned cooling, hot aisle/cold aisle enforcement via four 30T Liebert air handler systems per 2,500 sq. ft. zone each with redundant compressor and humidity controls maintain temperature and humidity throughout the facility
- Zoned VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus) FE-25 fire suppression system sniffs the air to detect smoke at the earliest possible time. It is supplied and installed by an ISO-9001 certified vendor
- Two 625Kva Liebert UPS (uninterrupted power supply) systems condition electrical power coming into the facility. These systems control voltage sags and spikes and provide emergency power in case of utility failure
- A 2 mega watt Kohler diesel generator with ATS (automatic transfer switch) provides long term power seamlessly in 7 seconds in the event of an outage. It is supplied with a 4500 gallon fuel reserve and a refueling contract
- Tests of all security measures are conducted each and every month
